Showing aromas of pear, white peaches, and rose , the palate exudes tastes of orange, honey and melon. Almost tropical with a subtle grassiness and marked acidity, it is a great paring with cheese, fresh fruit, fish, and not too sweet desserts.

A very aromatic and easy drinking white, with aromas of vanilla and and a hint of oak. The slight oakiness reverberates on the palate with pleasant lemon and subtle buttery notes. Perfect pairing for spicy food, grilled fish or anything with cream or butter. Cephus is a blend of Chardonnay and Roussanne and named in honor of Kief's grandfather.

( 82% Syrah 18% Viognier ) Aromas of ripe red cherries, pomegranate, and eucalyptus, while faintly floral. The palate follows with a nice soft tannin structure, accompanied by reoccurring hints of cherries, slight herbal notes and a hint of vanilla and oak. Serve with chicken, fish, grilled meats or light chocolate dishes.
