  This wine possesses a nose redolent of plum, oak and vanilla with a subtle earthiness. The palate portrays a nice smooth tannin accompanied by notes of vanilla and cherry while pleasantly smoky. Great pairing with pork or beef, anything barbecued or smoked, served with grilled vegetables or tomato based sauces or a nice strong cheese.
